Time for a redesign. Hand me my credit card!

This mere little blog has been festering unloved since the dawn of late January 2010. I figured it was time for a redesign so I set aside everything else on my to do list, brewed some coffee, grabbed my wallet, rolled up my sleeves and went in search of a ‘pro theme’.

A ‘pro theme’ is an term used for a professionally designed, paid-for Wordpress theme. The term itself can be altered to suit the product you are trying to find a theme for. Drupal, Joomla et al.

I decided to go for paid content to get the initial site design and most of the look completed from the start. I simply don’t have enough time in the day (or the knowledge) to slave over a labour of love design and build for my site but I do have a little (circa early-00’s) coding knowledge and I can feel my way around a style sheet so I chose a ‘pro theme’, installed it and have since been making the first of many tweaks to the layout. More will follow so do excuse the mess!

I hope you like the new look for the site and still enjoy visiting even if the Windows 7 Party Pack glory days are but a fond yet very hazy memory. Thanks for visiting, enjoy the site.
